Opened in 2006, Panciuto consistently strives to deliver Italian inspired suppers using Southern ingredients. We prefer to cook creatively with a food philosophy and sensibility born out of necessity and resourcefulness. It is this approach to supper, along with our climate and comparable harvest, that connects Italy to the American South and how a recognizably Italian meal is prepared with over ninety percent of the ingredients grown within miles of the restaurant. Days and weeks of thought and care are put into the food, from the damp soil and red clay to the cutting board and flame. The idea and hope is that these efforts resonate throughout the entirety of your dining experience.
